Launch of the "Wood saves the climate" initiative

The nationwide communication initiative HOLZ RETTET KLIMA (Wood saves the climate) was launched on 22 November 2023.
The German Timber Industry Council is thus addressing the public in order to clear up numerous misunderstandings surrounding the use of wood and wood products and to strengthen the image of our entire industry in the long term.
The initiative HOLZ RETTET KLIMA explains how we as the timber industry, how politicians and each and every one of us can help.
The aim is to bring the raw material wood and its benefits for people and the environment
the public discourse. HOLZ RETTET KLIMA brings together the relevant solutions
solutions from the German timber industry for current social and economic challenges.
But for the initiative to be effective, it needs your support.
