"Architectural Jewel": Holzkurier reports on new Bloomberg European headquarters

The Bloomberg European headquarters in London are considered as a new architectural jewel. Covering an area of over 100,000 m², the Foster + Partners team, headed by Lord Norman Foster, designed an impressive building. HESS TIMBER supplied the complete substructure for the highlight of the building, the so-called "Vortex", an arch construction cladded with red oak.

The museum of the Fondation Louis Vuitton was opened in October 2014. The famous architect Frank Gehry designed the building, that essentially consists of 12 “canvas” made of glass, steal and timber. HESS TIMBER delivered the timber construction for this unique building.

International House Sydney

This project marks not only a milestone in the history of HESS TIMBER but also in the Australian construction industry.
