Dear Business Partner,
Following the acquisition of HESS TIMBER GmbH & Co. KG in January 2017 by the HASSLACHER Group, the business in Kleinheubach will henceforth operate under the name HASSLACHER Holzbauteile GmbH & Co. KG. The business will continue in the manufacture of bespoke glulam products. Mr. Georg Dürregger will take over the executive management.
A new business HESS TIMBER GmbH (Company Registers No.: HRB 14480) has been created to manage the specialist timber engineered projects part of the group’s business. HESS TIMBER will continue to deliver high class timber structures around the world with the same dedicated team as before. This change allows HESS to focus on project management whilst using the groups five timber engineering plants to their manufacturing strengths. Rensteph Thompson and Markus Golinski will be responsible for the executive management.
