TIMBER LIMITLESS
Tibetan Cultural Centre
The Buddhist temple, the so-called 'Gönpa', impresses with its clear design language and architecture. The building, which was designed by the renowned architect Benedetta Tagliabue, functions as a place of interaction and spirituality. The project is an impressive testimony to the efficiency of the patented and unique HESS LIMITLESS joint system. It was the technology of the patented on site assembly that made the economical use of glued laminated timber possible on the island of Tenerife. The HESS LIMITLESS beams, with a length of 55 m, are among the largest glued laminated timber beams ever realised in Europe.
"For wide-span constructions HESS LIMITLESS is the ideal solution with regard to cost efficiency."
