As the timber supplier for Goodman’s 15,600 m² mass timber warehouse at Moorabbin Airport, Victoria, HESS TIMBER provided 1,450 m³ of glulam and CLT for this groundbreaking, sustainably-focused build.  

Replacing steel with certified, sustainably sourced timber, this project achieves an impressive 24% reduction in embodied carbon. Key eco-features include a 400-kW solar system and EV charging, all targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating.
