The project "Bloomberg European Headquarters" in London is the winner of Structural Timber Awards 2018 in the category "Project of the year". The project is considered one of the most outstanding architectural projects of recent years. HESS TIMBER supplied the complete substructure for the highlight of the building, the so-called "Vortex", an arch construction cladded with red oak.

Museum Fondation Louis Vuitton

Timber architecture in highest perfection

The museum of the Fondation Louis Vuitton was opened in October 2014. The famous architect Frank Gehry designed the building, that essentially consists of 12 “canvas” made of glass, steal and timber. HESS TIMBER delivered the timber construction for this unique building.

International House Sydney

In 2016, the country's first commercial wooden multistorey office building was built in Sydney in the district of Barangaroo South. This project marks not only a milestone in the history of HESS TIMBER but also in the Australian construction industry.
